What's included in your packages?
Every package includes a wedding website we set up and manage for you, plus your choice of photography and film coverage for the parts of the day that matter most — the ceremony, a couple session, and the reception. Your final photos and films are delivered into a digital album on your website.
How far in advance should we book?
The sooner the better — popular dates go early, especially in peak season. As a guide, most couples book [6–12 months] ahead. If your date is close, still reach out; we'll tell you honestly whether we're available.
When will we get our photos and film?
Your edited photographs and films are ready within [6–8 weeks] of your wedding, delivered straight to the digital album on your website so you can view, download, and share them. Turnaround can stretch a little during busy season — we'll always keep you posted.
Which areas do you cover — do you travel?
We cover [your primary region/city] as standard, and we're happy to travel further for destination weddings. Travel beyond [X km] may carry a travel fee, which we'll quote upfront — never a surprise.
How does payment and the deposit work?
A [deposit %/amount] deposit secures your date, with the balance due [e.g. 14 days] before the wedding. All prices are in South African Rand. Any paid third-party website features (like Joy add-ons) are forwarded to you at cost, with no mark-up.
Can we choose which parts of the day are covered?
Absolutely — that's the whole idea. Mix and match Ceremony, Couple Session, and Reception coverage to fit your day and budget. Combine two or all three and you save.
Do we get all the photos, or a selection?
You receive a full gallery of professionally edited images from your coverage — not just a handful. [Add your policy on raw/unedited files here, if any.]
What exactly is the wedding website you set up?
It's a beautiful, mobile-friendly wedding site — with RSVP and guest list, your schedule/timeline, registry links, and a secure area — that we build, load, and manage for you. After the wedding, it becomes home to your digital album of photos and films.
Can you build a fully custom website instead of a template?
Yes. When a template doesn't fit your vision, we design and build a bespoke wedding website from scratch — with private guest authentication, RSVP management, and a secure digital album. Custom sites start from [R12,000].
What happens if something goes wrong on the day?
