1. Who we are
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the wedding photography, videography, film, and website services provided by [REGISTERED BUSINESS NAME] (registration number [REG NUMBER]), trading as CodedWild ("we", "us", "our"), to you the client ("you"). By booking a service or using this website you agree to these Terms.

We provide wedding photography, videography, digital albums, and the setup and management of a wedding website, in the combinations described in your chosen package. Exact coverage, hours, and deliverables are those confirmed in writing in your booking.
3. Bookings & payment
- A booking is confirmed only once a deposit of [DEPOSIT %/AMOUNT] has been received.
- The balance is due [e.g. 14 days] before the event date.
- Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and [include / exclude] VAT.
- Third-party costs (e.g. Joy paid website features) are forwarded at cost with no mark-up.
4. Cancellation & rescheduling
- Deposits are [non-refundable / refundable under X conditions].
- Cancellation within [period] of the event may incur [fee/terms].
- Rescheduling is subject to our availability on the new date.
5. Deliverables & timelines
Edited photographs and films are delivered within [e.g. 6–8 weeks] of the event, via your wedding website and/or digital download. Turnaround may vary during peak season and will be communicated to you.
6. Copyright & usage
We retain copyright in all photographs and films we create. You are granted a personal, non-commercial licence to view, download, print, and share your images and films. Unless you opt out in writing, we may use a selection of images/films to promote our work (portfolio, social media, website). Tell us in writing if you do not consent to this.
7. Wedding websites & third-party tools
Where your package includes a Joy (or similar) wedding website, that platform's own terms and privacy policy also apply. We set up and manage the site on your behalf; we are not responsible for outages, changes, or data handling of third-party platforms.
8. Liability
We take every reasonable care to capture and deliver your day. In the unlikely event of equipment failure, loss, or circumstances beyond our control, our total liability is limited to [e.g. a refund of fees paid]. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by South African law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and you consent to the jurisdiction of its courts. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) are not affected by these Terms.
